I have worked with Deetz Performance Specialties since 1989 and during that time John has built me 2 trucks, The first one involved a 1988 Ford F-150 where he took a 1989 F-250 460cc engine, Trans, wiring harness, & computer and completely installed the above in the F-150 truck. The installation was so professional that Ford dealerships were sharing this story as the F-150 was not suppose to be able to handle this swap...

Thanks John Deetz for the excellent work building my 1977 F-150 4x4 desert chase truck. This is really a "one of a kind" truck able to run at high speeds on the dirt roads Baja California. With the long travel suspension front & rear, plus the ram steering I never worry about some of the real rough terrain. As you know fuel is hard to come by in Baja and I could not do without the custom 50gallon gas tank you installed in the truck and I always like the fact that I have 80 gallons of race fuel in an extra tank to supply our race vehicles. People are always amazed that you were able to build this truck to haul 2 full size 4wheel quads over the top of the truck and still handle at great speeds and rough terrain. As you know I have taken this truck to Baja many times in the last few years and I really can’t thank you enough for the work on this truck so it would allow me to make these trips and not worry about breakdowns.

Marc, just wanted to say thanks for the work on my 1970 Chevelle, The 502 HP big block with the 700R4 transmission really is fun to drive and the March polished pulley system really sets off the engine compartment. I also really like the looks for the Wilwood Disc brakes you stalled on the front & rear, plus the stopping power makes the car much safer. Thanks again for a real clean job.

John just wanted to say thanks again... My 1984 CJ -7 Jeep is just perfect with all the suspension work you did on my Jeep. Four-link coil over Fox shocks , full floating Dana 60 rear-end with disc brakes all make this Jeep so much fun to 4-wheel with. The engine is also the best... Injecting the 6 cylinder motor and installing the NP435 transmission with a Atlas transfer case make this Jeep perform like we all just think about but never get there. So once again, thanks for your willingness to take on the most difficult of projects.
